After twelve years in the sport, he signed off his Formula One career two years ago. He couldn’t stay off track too long, however, as Webber rejoined sports car racing as part of Porsche’s return to the LMP1 class of the FIA World Endurance Championship last year. Until this weekend, when he and his fellow drivers Timo Bernhard and Brendon Hartley will be contesting the 24-hour race of Le Mans, the Germans have announced something different for the Australian ace.

Apparently, the Aussie racing driver will be the new face of the Porsche Design Fragrances campaign 2015/16. Here’s what Dilesh Mehta, CEO of SA Designer Parfums, Porsche Design’s license partner has to say about it:

Mark Webber embodies masculinity, athleticism and the kind of stylishness our products also represent. The striking campaign combines the essential values of the Porsche Design brand with Webber’s charismatic personality.”

So what’s next? The racing ace will feature in the new campaign of the Porsche Design Titan. In case you’re wondering, this fragrance is defined by the fresh, masculine notes grapefruit and cedar wood.
