We have no idea what this driver is trying to prove. Last time we checked, racing slicks weren't available with a winter compound, so the chances of crashing this are very high. Remember, these monsters are specifically designed for maximum acceleration in a straight line on perfectly dry and sticky roads.
Funny cars are very popular in the Southern parts of America, where it almost never snows. So what the heck is happening here? The video description is in Norwegian and says this was filmed on Christmas Eve in 2009. So there's a high chance we're looking at a racing machine from Northern Europe.
