You need to change tires every once in a while, get new oil for the motor, change the air filter and wash you car at least once a month, that is the least you need to do to keep your car “healthy”. But think of what the lorry companies are facing with their fleet of trucks that need to be well taken care of, especially since these big machines are actually making the money.
Which means the lorry firms will be very focused on saving any spear penny they can, considering the gallon is not getting any cheaper (except it did recently in the US, but we’re not willing to believe that is going to last long). At this point, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based company called Scraper Systems comes in.

The system itself looks like a guillotine, only that instead of a sharp metal blade that cuts heads of convicted witches, it actually comes with a rubber one that will get the snow of the truck. And now you’re probably asking why would we need that in our lives?

Large amounts of snowfall in winter can delay the company’s fleet from leaving the facility, jeopardize deliver deadlines, consume employee resources and, most of all, increase fuel costs. And why note save cash when you can, right?

The patented design of Scraper Systems will reduce liability and operational costs by automating the process of removing snow from your truck fleet quickly and effectively. At least that is what it’s creator is bragging about. There are currently four different models, including a fully-portable version, and the company claims they have “many repeat orders from Fortune 500”.

Like it or not, we thought it was worth mentioning so feel free to enjoy the video below.
