Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf Displayed In Saudi Arabia

Aston Martin showed off their new Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf at the World Luxury Expo in Saudi Arabia and boy, this British gentleman is looking exquisite dressed in white. At least when seen from the front.

What started out as a high-class luxury bespoke model tailored for Middle East clients turned into a car that will be sold in Europe but its production will be limited to 200 units. You know, because exclusivity and all that, so regular mortals won’t even be dreaming about having one. The car was displayed earlier this month in Geneva, as Aston Martin officials wanted to make it clear that the luxury sedan is available both in left-hand and right-hand drive.

Besides Middle East and Europe, the Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf will also go to some exotic markets as Singapore and South Africa and will most likely turn a lot of heads when out on the street. However, the Gaydon-based carmaker is making Middle Eastern customers its number one target and there’s easy to see why (hint: opulence).

Anyway, while these lucky customers are waiting for their ordered cars to fill supercar-packed garages and hotel parking places, we’re happy to add that the Lagonda Taraf is using a carbon fiber body while deep down below in its dark soul beats a naturally aspirated 5.9-liter V12 heart pumping 560 HP, just as in the Aston Martin Rapide S.

We knew the car would only be available in Dubai first, but the event where the white Lagonda Taraf was showcases took place in Riyadh, so Aston Martin should be happy that sales opportunities are spreading where they really matter, that is in the land of black gold.
