The Lamborghini Huracan is so new, so interesting, that you could almost call the Aventador a classic car. Who wants to buy a car without a double-clutch gearbox anyway? Still, there's a variety of body kits you can order and Japanese tuners Office-K have taken advantage of this and put together a very exciting project car based on the Roadster model.
The curb appeal of this V12 bull has been boosted tenfold by the arrival of a Novitec Torado carbon fiber body kit. For those of you who don't know, Torado is the recently established Lambo-tuning division of the company that makes every Novitec Rosso project. Their expertise with carbon fiber shows in the new front lip, the side skirts and a massive rear wing.
We're not fans of the wing, but considering this Aventador is all about looking cool, we can accept that clean lines aren't a priority. Minute attention to detail can be seen in the numerous carbon bits scattered throughout – air vents, filter cap, gas cap, door handles and dash. They probably don't save a lot of weight, but carbon fiber is more about showing off nowadays.
For the wheels, Office-K asked Fogiato for a set of their ARTIGRI-ECL. Sized 20-inch for the front and 21-inch for the back of the car, they are probably the most expensive single component of the tuning project, costing somewhere around $10,000. A company called Powercraft Racing contributed to the Aventador project by bringing its sports exhaust system to the table.
Last but not least, the Japanese tuner who's responsible for bringing all these parts together brought its signature LED touches to the lights of the Italian supercar, which is now ready for the Tokyo Midnight Lambo Run.
