You might’ve missed the chance to see how famous British illusionist Dynamo played around with a Fiat 500X on stage, while performing one of his numbers in London the other week. Yet there are little to zero chances you haven’t seen at least one of the entertainer’s Dynamo: Magician Impossible episodes. Most of his acts are not really connected to cars that much, but the Italians somehow decided to have him promote their new crossover.
Like we said, Fiat has partnered up with the famous illusionist to put the spark in the launch of the 500X model. But like most of the celebrities that become ambassadors, Dynamo too is driving a different car than the one he is promoting.
Prepared for the last three years, Steven Frayne’s latest endeavor was a unique blend of theater, illusion and dance-inspired choreography as the world-renown magician brought “The Power of X” to life.
And since he got into the auto industry, people started wondering what cars the Brit is in fact driving in his real life. He might not be the biggest fan of Fiat, but the 32-year old entertainer is quite a great petrolhead. He started off with a Honda Civic Sport that Dynamo got customized having TVs installed inside and covered in a matte black wrap.
He is currently driving a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon Frayne claims it's practical and comfortable enough for the daily commutes. “I’ve got a beautiful big German Shepherd called Bessie, who goes most places with me. She needs that big boot space, to lie out in the back,” the magician told Sun Motors in a recent interview.
A Fiat 500X (the Italian carmaker most likely gifted him with considering their partnership and all) and an Alfa Romeo 4C both complete Dynamo’s driveway. However, he admitted that his dream car is always going to be the 2010 Koenigsegg CCXR, the same model Roman Pearce and Tej Parker are seen with in Fast & Furious 5.
