The 20-year old pop star was seen leaving a medical building in Los Angeles, California on Monday. The Baby, Baby singer has just returned form Italy, where the bad boy star allegedly got in trouble with police once again after he violated parking regulations in Florence.

Right. The real question is did "Bieber break up with Selena Gomez or didn’t he?" Because rumors are the young diva even stopped following the Beauty And The Beat hit maker on Instagram, after he was seen enjoying the company of model Kendall Jenner during Paris Fashion Week.
They say women feel a suddenly desire for ice cream whenever they have their heart hurt, so considering Bieber split with Selena recently, maybe that’s what the pop singer is doing with the lollipop.
