In case you haven’t heard already, Jeremy Clarkson has recently broken the silence and decided to tell everybody what his plans are. The former Top Gear lead singer admits that he often put his job in front of everybody else, including his own health and that his “early retirement” is far from being what he truly wants.
Clarkson has finally opened up about the recent events, talking about how much the show meant to him. He told everybody how Top Gear “was an all-consuming entity, a many-tentacled global monster that was dysfunctional and awkward and mad, but I love it with a passion.” Jeremy’s Sunday Times column starts with an ironic line that hints at the fact he heard of BBC's decision reading the Daily Telegraph. It leads us to believe nobody actually told him first before they publicly announced his suspension.

Clarkson then explains how he went through a row of sad experiences that started with the tragic loss of his mother and his house, and ended up with his divorce. These all made Jezza throw himself even more into his job, which made losing it even worse.

I’d been told, sternly, by my doctor that the lump on my tongue was probably cancer and that I must get it checked out immediately. But I couldn’t do that. We were in the middle of a Top Gear series. And Top Gear always came first,” Clarkson said.

However, it isn’t all just bad news, as Top Gear fans all over the planet might still have a chance to see the gang get back together. And if it’s not going to be the same band, we’re most likely going to hear from Clarkson soon enough since he clearly stated a new baby is going to be created.

Apparently not even Jeremy knows who is the other parent or what the baby will be like, but we should all expect some fresh broadcasting soon.
