Whether or not there’s any professional collaboration left between Top Gear’s former lead singer and the British Broadcasting Corporation remains unclear. But one thing is certain, there won't be any auto show on BBC with the three anytime soon. In his weekly column in The Sun, Jeremy Clarkson has pointed out that the regret his fans all over the planet are experiencing is unanimous.
To be honest, the ending of Top Gear show implies some changes in a lot of people’s daily routine. Hundred-of-thousand of petrolheads are somewhat dizzy as we speak, wandering around to find a new home for their thirst of gear shifting.

And it’s safe to say we are among those people, since the three musketeers were part of our lives, in a way. Now, every single time we visit the show’s website the only welcome we get is from The Stig, a character that rather looks like The Last Samurai trying to keep the wheels spinning.

The point is we were expecting some sort of a closure from Clarkson, some amusing jokes to conclude the whole incident, fracas how they called it. Here’s what we get instead: “Heartfelt thanks to all those who have written to say how much they will miss me on Top Gear. It’s not as much, however, as I’ll miss being there." It's what Clarkson wrote the other day.

The 55-year-old TV Celebrity has been away from the chair that was his for 13 years since March 25 when BBC suspended him over an “unprovoked physical attack”. Waves of controversy, reports of all sorts of presumptions, and most importantly a strong reaction from the show’s fans followed.

Even though BBC experienced a huge loss in audience and eventually a lot of money, cancelling the show and firing the host was a decision apparently the leadership has been postponing on several other incidents.

It turns out Clarkson was right when he said: “You can start as many campaigns as you like and call on the support of politicians from all sides, but the day must come when you have to wave goodbye to the big monsters, and move on”.
