Koenigsegg Agera R's Rear Wing Shakes at over 200 MPH While Porsche 918 Chases

When you come across a piece of footage that shows a Koenigsegg Agera R being thrown at the German Autobahn, there are plenty of aspects to follow, from the daredevil velocity to the amazing passes.

With the video at the bottom of the page offering us such a speedy ride, we chose to focus on the Angelholm machine's rear wing. After all, Koenigsegg did add its first wing after one of its vehicles saw The Stig spinning all over the Dunsfold airfield back in the day, so it was only natural to turn our attention to this aerodynamic element.

Nevertheless, the K brand has grown quite a lot since then, so our little game only has entertainment purposes. Besides, watching the passenger's side rear view mirror, which allows us to keep an eye on the wing, also brings another delicious sight.

We're talking about a Porsche 918 Spyder that's trying to keep up with the Swedish hypercar. The battle is not exactly fair, given the performance gap between the two. After all, the Agera R does beat the Zuffenhausen halo car by some 50 mph (80 km/h) when it comes to the top speed, while also trampling it in most acceleration tests.

Returning to the Agera R itself, the hypercar goes north of 200 mph (320 km/h) in the quest to quench its driver's thirst for Autobahn tarmac.

As a bonus, you'll be able to see that, despite being among the best in the world, German driving discipline has its fair share of exceptions. We're referring to drivers who wouldn't let the Koenigsegg have its speedy way without putting up a "fight."

However, with the Agera R having held multiple acceleration and braking records involving speeds of up to 186 mph (300 km/h), dealing with such drivers isn't an issue, even at the kind of pace seen here.
