Actress-turned-into-shoe designer Kristin Cavallari seems to be looking pretty good considering the 27-year-old mother of two recently changed her career completely. Turns out celebrities can actually switch from walking in the fame shoes to actually create those shoes for others. At least, it’s good to see the wife of Chicago Bears' quarterback remaining faithful to her Ranger Rover.
She used to walk on the same path with the aspiring actresses in L.A., but things quickly changed and now she’s back in fashionista mode.

After becoming famous on MTV’s Laguna Beach series, Kristin Cavallari seems to have chosen a different path, as she recently struck a deal with shoe brand Chinese Laundry to design her own line. And when she's not doing business, the 27-year-old former actress stays busy being married to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.

Famous through your kids

The two wed in June last year and have two sons, Camden Jack (born August 2012) and Jaxon Wyatt (born May 7, 2014). Somehow Cavalleri managed to bring up all the flashlights among her family as well. In fact, Cavalleri drew national criticism in March for refusing to vaccinate her children, a decision she and her husband made based on fears of a connection between childhood vaccination and autism, which has been scientifically debunked.

Why do we care? Well, it sort of connects with the fact Cavallari is driving a Range Rover. You see, with these celebrities it’s all about big luxury SUVs. Some go for the G-Wagons, other even design their own Mercedes Sprinters into all sorts of monstrous designs. And then you get the rich couples that turn into families and opt for the Ranger Rover. It’s not an official statistic or anything, but that’s how we see things here.

Famous families advertising for automakers?

In fact, we expect automakers to start building all sorts of ads where they’d star famous artists with they’re families driving in a luxury SUV of a sort. Now that would definitely convince the family papa to work overtime. Who knows, it just might be the next best thing for him to work for.
