Peugeot has developed a new concept based on the Traveller MPV, and called it the i-Lab.
The latest creation from Peugeot's design team is a vehicle meant for business trips, and the exhibit shows how the brand's designers envision the future of transportation for enterprise customers.

The 3.0 Shuttle features a massive 32-inch touch-screen tablet. Developed in partnership with Samsung, the tablet is fitted to the passenger area of the vehicle in the form of a table. It can work as a huge, undivided space or as four separate screens for just as many users. Naturally, the vehicle features built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth connectivity, several charging docks, and virtual reality headsets.

The technological features that equip this concept car do not end here, as the Traveller has road sign identification and driver inattention monitoring equipment. Thanks to these, the shuttle driver will be aware of all the relevant traffic signs on the route and won't be distracted. Furthermore, the journeys undertaken will be optimized with the help of connected 3D navigation, which will assist the driver in choosing a better route to destination.

On an exterior design level, the Traveller i-Lab 3.0 doesn't feature anything out of the ordinary except for a set of stickers on the side windows. As we detailed above, the “magic” of this vehicle happens once you go inside. The navigation system features a high-resolution screen and is embedded in an optimized position on the dash. The seats feature a leather and Alcantara upholstery with a particular, diamond-like pattern.

The roof liner is black and the roof itself features small displays that reveal information regarding the trip. The cabin's main color is black, but wood ornaments and gray accents bring up the atmosphere. The seats in the back are facing each other, so that the team of business people can talk on the way to their next meeting. Between the seats, a console has individual climate controls for each user.
