There's nothing quite like a protest done by girls from Slavic countries, such as Russia and the Ukraine. While Greenpeace does a million rallies against Shell Oil, there's always that one hot young blonde that gets naked to show how Putin is oppressing her civil rights.
Even though we can't understand what she's saying, or the meaning of the red letters painted on her body, it doesn't matter – all the television stations show it anyway. Sadly, there has never been anything we here at autoevolution could write about… until today!

These young women waxed their bikini lines, dawned their best pair of high heels and went out on the streets of Novosibirsk, which is a cosy little town in sunny... Siberia. Are the prices of fur coats too high? Nope, it's far less shallow than that, as these lovely lasses are unhappy with road conditions.

According to local media, mayor Anatoly Lokot is a "communist" who has ignored the dirt and the gigantic potholes that are starting to resemble meteorite craters. All that these girls are doing by taking their clothes off is to raise awareness. Well, consider it raised!

You have to stand up and do the slow clap for the bikini-clad beauties. They could have done the protest in August, but they chose a day in April when the temperatures only reached 9 degrees Celsius. Lined up on the side of a remarkably nasty road, they can be seen relaxing in lounge chairs, sipping cocktails while cars drove by. Hopefully, those drinks are 50% vodka to numb the cold.
