10 Aston Martin DB10 cars will star in this year’s long awaited James Bond movie, scheduled to hit the big screens in November. At the other hand, the bad guy’s car will be the Jaguar C-X75, a hypercar reengineered with the supercharged 5-liter V8 engine borrowed from the F-Type R Coupe. We’re obviously looking at some rare breeds that will exist only to feed the director’s hunger for special effects.
There is something else, however, that could be done and it will also come at a lower price than an actual car (a lot lower). Call it the collector’s choice or simply a toy you really need to have sitting on your coffee table, but a slot car with the James Bond cars could be really cool to have.

And since Scalextric have offered a number of TV and film tie-ins, including Batman Begins, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Simpons and, of course, the James Bond series, we sort of had a feeling they’ll take the part for the next movie. According to Pocket-lint, the set will feature the Aston Martin DB10 and what looks like the Jaguar CX-75.

The track is expected to cost around £100 ($150), but Scalextric has not yet shown any details on how it will look. The toy maker will additionally be offering a special limited edition (4,500 units) version of the Aston Martin DB5 from Goldfinger for Bond fans to buy.

Spectre will be the twnty-fourth James Bond film produced by Eon Productions. It will be the second movie in the series directed by Sam Mendes and will have Daniel Craig in his fourth performance as James Bond and Christoph Waltz as Franz Oberhauser. James Bond Spectre will hit the cinemas on November, 6.
