Someone Rendered a Lamborghini Veneno Superveloce, We Think It's Amazing

Since the pre-Frankfurt Motor Show craze is going to last for a while now, let's look at a model that made a debut on the European stage, but during the Geneva International Motor Show in 2013.

It's Italian, and its name means "poison". Guess what hypercar we're talking about? Yes, it's the Lamborghini Veneno. The beast was only built in three units, all sold by Lamborghini for $3.9 million each.

Under its hood roared a 740-horsepower V12 and just when we thought nothing can get better than the Veneno, Daniele Pelligra shows up with his Veneno Superveloce renderings.

It goes without saying that we want one now, but we also know that's not going to happen for two reasons: first, Lamborghini won't build it, and second, and we couldn't afford it anyway. But you see, there's one detail that made our interest grow in the designer's sketches. He took his time to come up with a long list of specs for his Veneno Superveloce concept.

Let's start with the engine, for example. Under the prototype's hood is the same 6.5-liter V12 used by the standard Veneno - if we can call it that. However, it would deliver 750 horsepower instead of 740 horsepower.

Not a massive bump, but enough to justify the even more aggressive look of the Veneno Superveloce. I mean, just have a look at that long fin in the back, it gives us goosebumps.

Nonetheless, the engine would also be good for 690 Nm (507 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the asphalt via a Haldex generation IV all-wheel drive system. Inside, there's the same Lamborghini-esque mix between carbon fiber, Alcantara, and fighter jet cockpit-inspired buttons, so the one behind the steering wheel doesn't forget what kind of car he or she is driving.

We know these things are very subjective, but that's why we prepared a comprehensive photo gallery to help you form an opinion about the car.
