Given the perfectionist nature of the digital artist who created the image above, nobody could blame you for believing this is an actual car. However, we are only talking about a rendering, since nobody has mixed a Tesla Model S with a Liberty Walk wide bodykit so far.
There’s more than one obstacle sitting in the way of such a marriage. First of all, the customer base for the two isn’t exactly identical.
But while most Tesla owners would never go for a Liberty Walk kit and vice-versa, we can easily see how someone willing to draw attention, whether it’s a tuner or a customer with an interesting hairstyle, can make ends meet.
Even so, installing a Liberty Walk kit requires cutting into the fenders of the car, so anybody choosing such aftermarket attire for his or her ride must be truly committed. For instance, this impediment hasn’t kept people who own Lamborghinis or Ferraris from going down this customization route, with the results being rather wild.
