Ken Block and his spectacular skills are back online, this time in a video that shows how the rally driver and Gymkhana godfather tested his Hoonicorn RTR. And yes, it's awesome and brutal at the same time.
Ken Block sure knows how to strike the iron while it's hot or in this case, drive the Hoonicorn RTR like a mad man. But since those perfectly timed drifts around different obstacles won't do themselves, who can blame the guy?

Before filming Gymkhana 7, Ken Block said goodbye to his rally Ford Fiesta and embraced the evil Hoonicorn, an audacious all-wheel drive drifting machine carrying 845 HP, based on the 1965 Ford Mustang. But before attempting his mesmerizing drifts, Block and the engineering team needed to see if the hooning beast was up to the challenge.

So before any filming was carried out, the Hoonicorn was trashed with no mercy whatsoever without fenders, windows or doors. Bearing in mind that Ken Block was behind the wheel, the testing session ended up in a big cloud of smoke as tires were tortured with no regrets.

Watching the video will change your perception on hooligans, because the stripped Hoonicorn looks like a car from Mad Max and when Block starts playing with the steering wheel, pedals and the heavy-duty six speed manual gearbox, hell breaks loose. But we wouldn't have it any other way.

When your eyes are eardrums are ready, head to the video below and enjoy one minute and a half of brutal powerslides and basically pure awesomeness from Ken Block.
