Even though it’s not official yet, the 2016 BMW M3 and M4 models will get all new pricing. Unfortunately, numbers have gone up and we can now tell you that the 2016 BMW M3 will have a starting price of $63,200 in the US while the M4 alternative will start at $65,400 while the Convertible version kicks off at $73,900.
Those are some steep prices, to be honest, especially considering what kind of cars you can get in the US for that kind of cash. However, you do get more stuff in return.

The M3, for example, is getting the LCI taillights, a feat that has been rare for M cars over the years as they are usually overlooked by facelifts.

The packages offered have interesting pricing as well. For example, the ZDB pack (Driver Assistance Plus) costs $1,700 and brings Active Blind Spot Detection, Active Driving Assistant, Side and Top View Cameras as well as Speed Limit Info to the mix.

On the other hand, if you want the 7-speed DCT gearbox you’ll have to pay $2,900 extra which is quite a hefty amount to be honest, especially when you can have so much more fun with the free manual.

The Adaptive M Suspension costs $1,000 while stuff like comfort access keyless entry, satellite radio, and the Harman/Kardon sound system are now standard. Sakhir Orange Metallic will make a comeback in the color choices available along with two new Individual choices: Smoked Topaz Metallic and Champagne Quartz Metallic. The destination charge remained unchanged at $950.
